"I really enjoyed the course. The pace was great, moving at a consistent speed whilst making sure everyone was keeping up and understanding everything. I was also glad we jumped straight in at the start of each session and didn't spend forever doing pointless 'ice breakers' at the start (this was once 50 mins on another course I did!!). The breaks were perfectly timed and very much appreciated to keep my concentration levels up and give us a chance to digest each section. Our trainer was friendly and made me feel comfortable to ask questions and didn't make anyone feel silly for doing anything wrong. The content was great and covered a good range of things that I will be using. I liked the set up with the trainer being able to see our screens as well as us being able to see his.
