I was really worried about the remote aspect of the training, feeling like I wouldn't get as much out of it but I actually think I prefer it to being onsite! You have more of a direct focus with the trainer and they can see what you're doing so clearly and quickly. If we do more, I'm voting for remote!"

He ensured everyone was on track, kept note of queries and expanded things when he could. I thought the content, and flow, was really well thought out and appreciated the manual, etc. we get to keep (particularly as paper copies). I think the technology implementation for online was one of the best I have experienced too, with the trainer being able to see everything as it's going.
