"I found the whole experience with Wise Owl to be excellent, from the booking, through the pre-course technical testing and manuals, to the course itself. It was a pleasure to work with you. I like the fact that our trainer was able to watch over us in our individual environments and gently guide us through when we got stuck (without calling out to the other attendees). When we raised queries that couldn't be answered there and then, he took them away and came back with answers later. Originally chose Wise Owl because we'd been let down by another provider. I hadn't heard of Wise Owl before then but your website gave me a good introduction. I found the way you interacted with me during the booking and prep phases to be very professional. The course itself was excellent and the training manual and exercises will be useful to refer to in future. The style of the training was really good too - only a small number of attendees meant that no one got left behind and we were encouraged to ask questions. I will recommend Wise Owl to others.
