"The trainer made what could have been a very dry course, engaging and entertaining! His pace was spot on and there wasn't anything too silly to ask. I loved all of his jokes too."

Emma Greenow

"I have attended a few PBI courses and we had by far the best tutor I've come across, his knowledge and teaching methods were amazing! He brought context to the lessons using examples to explain difficult DAX concepts by comparing and contrasting DAX formulas, which I found easier to digest. Also, we were all working together as a group so no one was left behind. The course was chosen based on the listed content, but our trainer made a valid point that all (Wise Owl) course instructors are encouraged to influence the course contents and tailor these when needed, I think this approach works well!"

Lola Beyioku

"I found the whole experience with Wise Owl to be excellent, from the booking, through the pre-course technical testing and manuals, to the course itself. It was a pleasure to work with you. I like the fact that our trainer was able to watch over us in our individual environments and gently guide us through when we got stuck (without calling out to the other attendees). When we raised queries that couldn't be answered there and then, he took them away and came back with answers later. Originally chose Wise Owl because we'd been let down by another provider. I hadn't heard of Wise Owl before then but your website gave me a good introduction. I found the way you interacted with me during the booking and prep phases to be very professional. The course itself was excellent and the training manual and exercises will be useful to refer to in future. The style of the training was really good too - only a small number of attendees meant that no one got left behind and we were encouraged to ask questions. I will recommend Wise Owl to others. Thanks"

"Our trainer was great, especially with how, despite clearly being an expert, he could easily explain to laymen and very patiently deal with the wide range of queries we raised."

Yue Wong
