He brought context to the lessons using examples to explain difficult DAX concepts by comparing and contrasting DAX formulas, which I found easier to digest. Also, we were all working together as a group so no one was left behind. The course was chosen based on the listed content, but our trainer made a valid point that all (Wise Owl) course instructors are encouraged to influence the course contents and tailor these when needed, I think this approach works well!"

I have done a Power BI course before with learning tree and can honestly say I found this more useful, and I feel more confident with Power BI than going into the course. The course was well structured, the units were well balanced through the 3 days. The trainer was the star of the show, it was very clear he was very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained each unit in a way which was easy to grasp and practise. He also did a very good job explaining the under workings of DAX to help us understand what was going on in the background. What I liked most was the movie data set we worked with throughout the whole course. Most data sets are related to sales, companies etc. I found working with a movie data set more interesting and engaging. Great three days, I would happily study with Wise Owl again."
