The trainer, could not have been better - he explained everything really well, and was more than happy to answer all my questions, even if he'd already gone over it. The online nature of the course worked really well and the day was a good length. The manual is super detailed and helpful, and it's good to have the course exercises book too so I can practice on my own after the course. The fact the class was capped at 6 was a real draw, especially as it was a virtual course. The course overview was also comprehensive and it seemed aimed at complete beginners, which was what we needed."
