Switching between Office 365 apps and Copilot

In May 2024 we reviewed Copilot 365 and found it deeply disappointing. This blog revisits the software to show how much has changed in the intervening 16 months!

One thing which hasn't changed is the price: it still costs $30 a month to sign up for 365 Copilot (in addition to your Office 365 licence), and you still have to pay this as an annual lump sum (so it's actually better described as $360 per year).

Switching between Office 365 apps and Copilot

I found it really hard to work out how to switch from Copilot to the other Office 365 apps. You're almost certainly much more observant than I am, but just in case you aren't, here's how to do this:

Click on Apps at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar to list out the Office 365 apps.

I can't believe it took me so long to notice this button!
