Create a data source for the Mortgage database in the above folder, to include all tables.
Create a new form called frmMortgageTypes, then add a DataGridView to your new form to show mortgage type records from the MortgageType table.
Make this DataGridView look prettier:

Your form emphatically does NOT have to look like this one!
You may need to unset the form's EnableHeadersVisualStyle property to get the row and column header formats to show up.
Change the following properties:
Your final DataGridView should behave something like this:

When you resize the DataGridView, the width of the last column changes accordingly
