One slightly odd quirk of publishing a report in Power BI is the movement of the page list.
When you're designing a report, the pages appear as tabs along the bottom of the screen.

In Power BI desktop, pages appear along the bottom of the window.
When you view the published report in the Power BI Service, the page list moves to the left-hand side of the report.

You can expand and collapse this pane by clicking the arrows next to Pages.
If you prefer the buttons at the bottom of the page, in the published report choose File | Settings | Pages pane and toggle on the Display report pages as tabs along the bottom of the report option.

Toggle this option then click Save at the bottom of the page.
If you are already viewing the report, navigate away and then return to it to apply the changes.

Now that feels a little more familiar.
