When importing or refreshing data into Power BI the model view sometimes gets weird:
Many of your tables don't appear and the window now has a scroll bar.
To fix this, you can click on the Fit to page icon in the bottom right of the screen.
Click Fit to page to zoom out until all tables are on screen.
This works as long as the tables are close enough but the maximum zoom is 10%,
If you have done multiple refreshes or loaded lots of new tables they can be very spread out.
The next thing to try is the Reset layout button in the bottom right of the window.
This should refresh the layout to something more sensible.
If neither of these methods work then you can try using the click and drag method.
Consider creating a layout page which saves the table positions.
