You need a minimum screen resolution of about 700 pixels width to see our exercises. This is because they contain diagrams and tables which would not be viewable easily on a mobile phone or small laptop. Please use a larger tablet, notebook or desktop computer, or change your screen resolution settings.
To start, if you haven't already done so run the script in the above folder to generate the MAM database (not for commercial use or copying).
Create the following pivot table:

If you select 2011 in the year slicer, you should see the figures shown. Use the SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR function to get last year's total sales, and the DATEADD function to get those for two years ago.
Save this as What happened in 2011, and close it down.
