A new set of icons for Office 365 apps
No, you're not imagining it - the icons for your favourite Microsoft apps HAVE changed.

The least consequential blog I've written for some time! I really just wanted to reassure you - and myself - that we're not collectively going mad, and that the 365 icons really HAVE changed recently:

The "icons have vibrant colors, and a connected design system nodding to Copilot’s influence".

You won't be surprised to hear that the quotation above comes from the Microsoft page announcing the new icons.

The idea is that the 365 icons should now be the same across all platforms (Windows, Android, Apple IoS and Mac). Interestingly they were created by the product managers of the Apple EcoSystem team.
