In Excel, you can move a sheet by clicking and dragging its tab to the new position.
While moving a sheet, you can hold the Ctrl key to copy the sheet rather than move it.

If you hold down Ctrl when dragging a sheet tab, Excel will copy the entire sheet instead of moving it
You know if it is working because your mouse appears like this:

There is a + to show you're copying
There is now a new copy of the May sheet called May (2) which you can rename and change the data for the new month.

The new sheet is called May (2) - you are now free to edit everything for the new month
Make sure Ctrl is the first thing you press and the last thing you release. If you release Ctrl too soon, Excel thinks you want to move the sheet instead of copying it.
