Setting "Dark Mode" in Excel |

If you prefer the dark side, you'll be pleased to know that you can now enable "dark mode" in Excel |
You can now set dark mode in Excel:
You can click on the View ribbon icon shown above to enable dark mode.
However you won't be able to see the icon above unless you first change your Windows or Office theme. The easiest way to do this is to choose File from the ribbon:
Choose this option ...
Now choose Account from the bottom of the menu:
... then this one.
You can now choose the Black theme:
Make your life darker by choosing Black above.
You should now be able to see - and use - the Switch Modes icon, although I'll be sticking to the default light view!
There is an alternative: if you have set your Windows theme to Black you can just choose Use system setting from the drop down list above.
