Open the Music Tours KPIs.xlsx file in the folder shown above. On Sheet1 you'll find a pivot table showing the peak chart position of albums grouped by artists.
Create a KPI using absolute targets to highlight albums which were number 1, in the top 10, or outside the top 10 using different icons.
Some of the results you should see.
On Sheet2 you'll find a pivot table showing a count of shows per year. Create a measure which returns the count of shows for the previous year and use this as the target in a new KPI based on the Count Rows measure.
We're showing a tick if the count of shows is higher than the previous year, an exclamation mark if we're within 90% of the previous year, and a cross if we're below 90%.
Save and close the file.
