Table visual with conditional formatting

This exercise is provided to allow potential course delegates to choose the correct Wise Owl Microsoft training course, and may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any format without the prior written consent of Wise Owl.

Before you can do this exercise, you'll need to download and unzip this file .

Open Power BI Desktop and import data from the file called Gym Class Data.xlsx in the folder shown above. Add a table visual, then add columns to get the table below.

Change the function for each column in the Columns bucket of the Field Well.

Edit the column headers to match the ones shown below and sort the table in order of Location ascending then Total Attendees descending.

After sorting by Location you'll need to hold Shift to sort the Total Attendees column.

Add conditional formatting to the table to show the following

Gradient background colour for Total Attendees using the default settings
Icons for Average Attendees using the settings below

Make sure to change the dropdowns from Percentage to Number where shown.

The resulting table should look like the image below.

Some gyms are falling below target!

Two remarks that might help others :

-First task, the last column named „%GT Sum of Attendees" in the pic is the Percent of Grand Total. You can deduce it from the second picture.
You find it in the same menu than Sum, Average, etc, last option = Show value as.

-Further, to avoid a confusion on the Icons conditional formatting : the pic from the exercise "What field should we base this on ?" shows Average of Attendees whereas in my current try, with the right column titles, for it to work, I have to let it on the by default Total Attendees but select Average in Summarization.
