When you need your flow to run on a regular basis, you can use a Recurrence trigger to automate the process.
To create a flow that runs at a specified time on a regular basis, choose to create a New flow.
Choose Scheduled cloud flow to generate the correct bank of triggers.
Name your flow and set the start date, time, frequency of recurrence and day for your flow to run.
This flow will start running on the 3rd of April at 12pm and will run every week on a Thursday at that time.
When you create your flow, it will default to the Universal Coordinated Time (UTC).
The letter T is a separator between the time and date and Z stands for Universal Coordinated Time.
To make sure the flow run time respects your time zone, select the correct time zone from the Time zone drop-down.
Adjust the Start time and remove the Z.
You can now build the rest of your automatically recurring flow.
