You can now book one-hour consultancy slots using our online diary
Sometimes you may just want to discuss something with someone who's an expert in their field and who (importantly) has no axe to grind. Recognising this, we've now published an online diary to book exactly the one-hour slot which suits you.

There are 3 really good reasons why booking short consultancy sessions like this will be a good investment for you and your employer:

No.	Reason	Details
1	Knowledge	Between us the 7 Wise Owl trainers have over 150 years of experience of running training courses. During this time we've training hundreds of people like you, and accumlated vast knowledge of how software works. We'd love you to put us to the test.
2	Independence	We don't bid for large consultancy projects, so you're safe discussing with us the best software you should choose for a project or how best to manage the specification or design process, secure in the knowlege that our advice will be completely impartial.
3	Trainers	Because we are trainers at heart we will always prefer to take you on a journey with us (too often consultants implement whiizzy solutions which no one else can then understand or tweak).

How do you know that you'll get a Wise Owl when you book a consultancy session? Simple: we never use anyone else!

Just one thing to be aware of: we're not omnisicent (although for anything to do with Excel, SQL and Power BI, we're not far off this). In particular, you should be aware that we have a bias towards Microsoft software (and Python), so we're unlikely to be the best port of call if you're porting a Ruby on Rails application from Linux to an Apple Mac!
