We also send out useful tips in a monthly email newsletter ...
The items included in this newsletter are listed below. Our newsletter go out about once a month - if you'd like to subscribe, just let us know!
You can now see a concise PDF showing all of our courses dates up to June next year (or use our online calendar to see the same thing).

You can choose the area of training you're looking for, and scroll between months.
We've also divided our previous two-day Excel Advanced course into a one-day Excel Advanced Formulae and one-day Excel Advanced Data course (and updated the contents of both), and have launched a new one-day Power BI Reports in a Day course for those who want to learn the basics of Power BI without spending too much time (or money).
The latest Excel update has introduced a brilliant new feature - you can now store a list of values in a single cell:

There's a lot more to this change: it's well worth reading our blog explaining all of the new features.
In addition to this you can now give a table a name when you first create it, and (finally!) choose to centre cells across a selection more easily.
Highlights of our summary of the changes to Power BI Desktop over the July, August, September and October updates include multiple updates to slicers, charts and matrices.

You can even format the inside of a donut chart!
Otherwise if you're short of inspiration for what to include in your reports, you could try these 5 amazing reports:

An example of one of the reports, allowing you to play arcade games in Power BI.
The other 4 reports let you calculate your life expectancy, give an FT statistics style guide, show Shopify statistics (and allow you to create your own playlist) and include an impressive scrolling animated CV.
If you get angry with a website (and who hasn't been there?), you can destroy it with a choice of weapons:

The irony of using a succession of more powerful weapons to destroy the NRA website!
Watch a 40-second video of Wise Owl destroying the NRA website (or have a go yourself) here. Don't forget to turn your sound on!
This month's competition invites you to work out the real names, number of followers and debut year for 5 (imaginary) influencers:

You can use this grid to help you, download our Excel workbook or even one including helpful macros.
The first correct entry drawn out of MR BEAST (our Microsoft Random Ballot Engine for Award Selection Tool) will win £50 and a mention in our next newsletter.
You can see the top 3 images chosen from last issue's image generation competition - together with details of the winning entry - here, or why not have a look at the full set of 19 entries on our website?
Note that to keep our website content up-to-date we only publish newsletters from the last 3 calendar years.
