Open the workbook in the above folder. Create a blank pivot table based upon the property data.
Wthin your pivot table create a calculated field called Total Rooms to equal the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and reception rooms combined, and show this in the following pivot table:
Total rooms by location and garden size.
Group the location into Urban (ie Town or Village) and Non-Urban (ie Countryside or Remote):
The pivot table after your grouping.
Use this to show the percentage each garden size makes up of the total number of properties by each of your two types of location:
You'll need to change the calculation being used.
Save this as Throw-er pivot chart.xlsx, then close it down.
