Please use a larger tablet, notebook or desktop computer, or change your screen resolution settings.
Our DAX series of articles on Simple Talk is complete
Simple Talk publish excellent how-to guides for Microsoft software (the site is sponsored - and owned - by Redgate).
I've been publishing articles on Simple Talk's website on how to use DAX within Power BI over the course of the last year, and the series is now complete, consisting of the following seven parts:
Part | Contents |
---|---|
1 | Creating calculated columns |
2 | Creating measures |
3 | The CALCULATE and VALUES functions |
4 | Using the FILTER function in DAX |
5 | The EARLIER and RANKX functions |
6 | Using calendars and dates |
7 | Creating time-intelligence functions |
Let me know what you think!
I got involved with writing articles for Simple Talk because I like their business model so much. Like Wise Owl, they try to explain complex subjects in plain English. Having written a fair few articles for Simple Talk now, their peer review process is thorough too.
