Imagine my humiliation when a delegate pointed out I've been stupidly merging and centring cells all these years, with all the column selection problems this gives rise to! The simple solution? Jenny does the majority of our pre-course tests for online training courses, diligently checking that delegates will be able to connect to Remote Desktop. She usually asks delegates to prove that they have connected to our computers by drawing something quickly in Paint.
