In the file in the folder above, create new headings for the REVENUE and COSTS sections:
Create the two headings shown here - the formatting is not important.
Set your grouping settings to show titles above rows and to the right of columns:
Use dialog box launcher in the Outline group of the Data tab in the ribbon to find these options!
Create outlining such that you can see the following levels of detail if you click on the 3 symbol for rows and 2 symbol for columns:
This is what you should see if you choose to show all row and column details.
Check you see this if you collapse all rows and columns:
We could have done with including some totals in rows 5 and 11 and column R!
Save this file as Outlined model, then close it down.
