Before you can do this exercise, you'll need to download and unzip this file (if you have any problems doing this, click here for help).

You need a minimum screen resolution of about 700 pixels width to see our exercises. Open the workbook contained in the folder shown above.

You need to add the new details on rows 9 and 10

Add the following details in the appropriate columns on row 9:

Don't forget to use the drop-downs in columns C and E

Use the drop-downs in columns C and E

Edit the description in cell D8 to the following:

We will change the column width next

Change the width of column D so that the new description fits.

Change the date in cell B8 and then copy and paste the new date to cells B9 and B10 so that your workbook matches the example below:

You can press CTRL+ C to copy and CTRL + V to paste

Use File Save As... to save the file in your work folder with this new name:
