If you have a table which spans multiple pages in SSRS, you'll find that the column headers appear on only the first page when you run the report.
These column headers will appear on only the first page of a report.
This can make it tricky to read the table after the first page.
To make the column headers repeat on each page, first enable Advanced Mode in the Grouping Pane.
Use the drop arrow in the top-right corner of the Grouping Pane to enable Advanced Mode.
Select the (Static) item at the top of the Row Groups panel and change its RepeatOnNewPage property to True.
The (Static) item at the top of the Row Groups panel represents the header row of the table.
If you also want the column headers to remain visible as you scroll down the page, set the FixedData property to True.
You can now see your column headers on each page when you run the report:
These column headers will appear at the top of each of the 78 pages in the report.
