Open the workbook called Tables in the above folder, and go to the Populations worksheet:

Close this workbook down, and create a new workbook.
Create a query in Excel to load data from this worksheet, and edit it to remove the final column:
Delete the Source column - it's not very interesting.
Make a few other changes so that you can load your data into a PowerPivot data model like this:
You'll need to change the data type of the date column to Date, and make a few other changes.
Save this file as Neck and neck, then close it down.
