You need a minimum screen resolution of about 700 pixels width to see our exercises. This is because they contain diagrams and tables which would not be viewable easily on a mobile phone or small laptop. Please use a larger tablet, notebook or desktop computer, or change your screen resolution settings.

Create a query which lists out all of the tblEvent events which include the word Teletubbies:

Teletubbies row

You should find there's one event (which is probably one more than you were expecting).

Now add an OR condition to your query so that it lists out all events whose:

  • Name includes Teletubbies; or
  • Name includes Pandy.

This should give you two rows:

Two programmes

A query showing the development of children's television ...

Save this query as Looby La La, then close it down.

select EventName, EventDate from tblEvent where EventName = '%Teletubbies%' and EventName = '%Pandy%' is not working for me

You need to put LIKE and not = when doing pattern matching.
