Microsoft Forms is possibly the easiest software to use we've ever seen - see if you agree with our detailed how-to review. If you want to see what a Forms survey looks like in anger (or you just want to help us!) please do answer our 5-question survey. It's anonymous, fun and will take less than 60 seconds to complete, we reckon!
The interface for switching between Microsoft cloud apps like Forms, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, SharePoint and Power Automate is not particularly slick. Recognising this, Microsoft are launching the 365 app to replace the Office brand - you can see as many details as we can find here.
A new Wise Owl! Well, newish. Rick was a trainer with us from 2008 to 2010, but (sadly, from our point of view) left to become a primary school teacher (and subsequently deputy head). We always said that we would welcome Rick back with open arms as a trainer, and are now delighted to do so.

We didn't ... but do now.
With our first Power Automate course running this week (at the time of writing), it's time to share what we think of this amazing but frustrating program. If you've ever wanted to reverse the order of your stacked bar or column chart segments, or edit DAX in model view, this month's update is the one for you! Otherwise, keep waiting for the preview logjam to be released ...
The standard response of geeks to any new hardware or software over the years has been to ask ... but will it run Doom? In this spirit, Sam Chiet has ported Doom to Notepad. Here's a shock conclusion: "as it turns out, the Windows Notepad isn't really well-suited to act as a stable, consistent view window for a fast-paced game like Doom".
