Before you can do this exercise, you'll need to download and unzip this file (if you have any problems doing this, click here for help).

You need a minimum screen resolution of about 700 pixels width to see our exercises. This is because they contain diagrams and tables which would not be viewable easily on a mobile phone or small laptop. Please use a larger tablet, notebook or desktop computer, or change your screen resolution settings.

Open the workbook called:    Weight loss formatted for printing         from the folder shown above.

In print preview, make the following changes to the print settings:

  • Change the orientation to landscape
  • Centre the workbook on the page both vertically and horizontally
  • Add a custom header with the following details:
    Left:  Filename is automatically printed here
    Centre:  Slim without Sin          (in a fancy font)
    Right:  Printed on:    then the date is automatically printed

Check your new settings on the print preview screen and then print it out (if possible!).

Your workbook should look something like this in print preview:
