Paginated Reports for Power BI

Classroom training course - online version also available

£695 + VAT for most venues (£795 + VAT for London)

2 days

Power BI paginated reports allow you to create reports optimised for printing and exporting within Power BI (even when your data spans many pages).  In this two-day course you will learn how to use Power BI Report Builder to create paginated reports, and how to publish these to the Power BI Service.  You’ll learn how to connect to Power BI datasets, how to create basic DAX queries and how to present the results using a variety of visualisations such as tables, matrices, charts and other fancy graphical indicators (if you’re interested in using SQL Server data sources and deploying reports to an on-premises report server, you may prefer our standard Report Builder or Reporting Services courses).

We don't have any dates scheduled for this course, but we may well consider adding them - it's always worth asking.

Alternatively, you could enquire about running the course in your office or even (if available) as a tailored online course.

Our thanks to everyone who agreed to share their thoughts (note that some of these reviews may be for our online courses).

"I found the course very helpful and informative. I'm new to SQL and found it easy to understand. Would recommend to others and am now putting the learning to good use."

John Marsden (Tameside MBC )

"Just to say thank you to our trainer; his breadth of knowledge in SSRS, VBA and SQL helped me better understand it. Not the easiest product to use, but I now have learned some valuable techniques and tips around some of the bugs I have been encountering. "

Michael Taylor (Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust)

"Such a great course! Probably the best course of this type that I have ever been on."

Radoslaw Kowalczyk (Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC, ex MHCLG))

"I just wanted to offer some feedback on the course last week, an excellent tutor, venue was perfect including the short walk from Piccadilly station and content and course pitch and speed was spot on. From the moment I found Wise Owl as a potential training company I have been nothing but very impressed, I have booked 2 of my team on a SQL course in February and I have no doubts going forwards I will be looking to you guys as my first point of call for training. "

Rob Walker (JDP Furniture Group Ltd)

"Really enthusiastic trainer."
