If you can already create reports using either Report Builder or Reporting Services, we'd like to show you what else SSRS can do! This two-day advanced course will show you how to create and use variables; why and how you should base your reports on views and stored procedures; and how to use bookmarks, document maps and dynamic reports. If you're getting a group of people up to speed on SSRS from scratch, combining this and our two-day Introduction to SSRS course together makes for a nice three-day onsite course.
We don't have any dates scheduled for this course, but we may well consider adding them - it's always worth asking.
Alternatively, you could enquire about running the course in your office or even (if available) as a tailored online course.
The contents of this course are as follows:
The ideal preparation for this course is to attend our two-day Reporting Services course. We will accept other delegates, but you must have a good understanding of how to create reports in SSRS. Delegates must also know some SQL. This course is taught using SQL Server 2016, although the version isn't particularly important.
Our thanks to everyone who agreed to share their thoughts (note that some of these reviews may be for our online courses).
