You need a minimum screen resolution of about 700 pixels width to see our exercises. This is because they contain diagrams and tables which would not be viewable easily on a mobile phone or small laptop. Please use a larger tablet, notebook or desktop computer, or change your screen resolution settings.

Create a new form called frmApplicationForm which people can use to apply for membership of your dating agency:

The formatting is completely up to you!

Your form should include:

  • A DateTimePicker control (apply the ToString method to the Value property to get the date chosen)
  • A ComboBox control (retrieve the SelectedItem.Text property)

Get the Apply now button to display a message like this:

Use a MessageBox to display the user's choices

Test that your form works!
