You need a minimum screen resolution of about 700 pixels width to see our blogs. This is because they contain diagrams and tables which would not be viewable easily on a mobile phone or small laptop. Please use a larger tablet, notebook or desktop computer, or change your screen resolution settings.
Difference 3 - Choosing Tasks from the SSIS Toolbox
The SSIS 2008 R2 toolbox is simple - control flow tasks are shown in alphabetical order, and data flow tasks are divided into source, transform and destination components. By contrast SSIS 2012 tasks are categorised:

In general, the assistants and categorisation in 2012 make tasks easier to find (ITOO - In This Owl's Opinion).
