September 2020 newsletter competition - word search

Welcome to our latest competition!  Your task is to find all of the set of items in the following word search:

Word search grid

This month's word search.

If you prefer, you can download an Excel version of the word search, or even use a version with macros to help you:

Word search macro

If you think a word begins on a given cell, click on the letter, click on the button and type it in! If you're right, the macro will colour in the letters for you.

The 55 unused letters, read from top left to bottom right, will spell out a quotation which may or may not be relevant to a forthcoming event to do with the words you've found.  To enter the competition, send the quotation (along with your thoughts on the event if you like) to this email address:

The email address to which you should send your answer.

The first correct entry drawn out of the Wise Owl Randomised Sorting Tureen (WORST) will win a £50 Amazon voucher.
