The 2020 Microsoft Office Championship
Think you know Excel, Word or PowerPoint well? Why not try to become the Microsoft Office world champion?
This year's competition is held in Anaheim in California (you can always visit Disneyland at the same time ...).
The first prize is a not-to-be-sniffed-at $7,000. In 2019 there were 850,000 entrants, with 161 making it through to the final round of the competition. The 6 winners came from 5 different countries:
The winners in 2019 came from Taiwan, Macau, Romania, Greece and the United States.
To compete, take any Microsoft Office Specialist exam in Word, Excel or PowerPoint (versions 2016 or 2019), and you'll automatically be entered into the competition.
There's just one tiny snag: you have to be aged between 13 and 22 as of June 15th 2020 to enter the competition. Sorry!
