We run introductory and advanced level training courses in Word 2010:

Word 2007 introduced the ribbon to Word (or the fluent user interface, as Microsoft call it).  We run either introductory or advanced training courses in Word 2007:

• Introduction to Word 07/10
• Advanced Word

Most of our courseware was originally written in Word 2003, so we've got a fair bit of affection for these courses:
