Onsite training has many advantages - you can choose the dates, times, contents and venue for your course.

Having said this, if you are thinking of running onsite training in VBA at your company, we'd be wary of changing the standard Wise Owl VBA courses too much - the Excel VBA course works particularly well as it stands.
