Open the file Premier Teams.vsd
On the Main page add hyperlinks to each of the team logos to take you to the relevant page.
The Chelsea logo should take you to the Chelsea page and so on.
Add hyperlinks to the buttons on each of the team pages to take you back to the Main page.
Add a hyperlink to this button.
View the diagram in full screen mode and make sure the hyperlinks work.
