Before you can do this exercise, you'll need to download and unzip this file (if you have any problems doing this, click here for help).

You need a minimum screen resolution of about 700 pixels width to see our exercises. This is because they contain diagrams and tables which would not be viewable easily on a mobile phone or small laptop. Please use a larger tablet, notebook or desktop computer, or change your screen resolution settings.

Create a report which lists out the films made grouped by actor:

Your report could look something like this

Create a copy of the table shown above, and set its visibility and other properties so that you see the report shown above normally, but a workbook like the following when you export the report to Excel:

You can set the PageName property of the group to be the ActorName field, and the Hidden property of the table to be an expression which depends on the value of the RenderFormat.Name property.
