Before you can do this exercise, you'll need to download and unzip this file (if you have any problems doing this, click here for help).

You need a minimum screen resolution of about 700 pixels width to see our exercises. This is because they contain diagrams and tables which would not be viewable easily on a mobile phone or small laptop. Please use a larger tablet, notebook or desktop computer, or change your screen resolution settings.

If you haven't already done so, create a data source for the Mortgage database in the above folder.

Create a form called frmApplicant, and add a DataGridView listing mortgage applicants (or you may have a version of this form already created that you could use).

Write an event-handler for the form's UserDeletingRow event so that when a user tries to delete a record, he or she sees a confirmation message:

Surely the answer to this question has to be NO?

Make sure that if a user chooses No above, the record is not deleted (ie the deletion event is cancelled).

When you've finished, close down your form.
