Before you can do this exercise, you'll need to download and unzip this file (if you have any problems doing this, click here for help).

You need a minimum screen resolution of about 700 pixels width to see our exercises. This is because they contain diagrams and tables which would not be viewable easily on a mobile phone or small laptop. Our model in the folder above has an important omission - our celebrity frequently spends periods in jail for his/her drug problem.  To model this, we have introduced input cells for the start and end period of any jail term:

The start and end periods can be any number from 1 to 12

Amend your calculations so that the revenue is turned on or off according to whether the celebrity is in jail or not:

Don't forget - you should be able to do this without the IF function!
