Database development using Microsoft Access and SQL Server

We have been designing and developing databases using Microsoft Access for over 10 years (usually with an SQL Server back-end).  Wise Owl have written Access databases for (among others):

In addition, virtually all of our internal systems use Access and/or SQL Server.  These include our accounts system, sales system, manuals and exercises systems and diary system.

For reasons of confidentiality we can't publish screen shots from the databases we've written for clients, so here are two sample screens from our internal systems:
