I found the course (Excel Business Modelling) extremely useful and I learned about all the areas I’d hoped to. The trainer was excellent, extremely enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable about the course. The course material looks great and the exercises will come in very useful in reinforcing what we’ve learned. Providing USB drives is an excellent idea so we can take away the actual examples that we’ve used. I will recommend Wise Owl to anyone who needs IT training.

The VB training was excellent and very effective. There was a good mix of theory, examples and practice. The trainer was very good at giving help, but not the answer, to the practice exercises so you had to engage your brain and really learn the subject rather than just regurgitate the examples parrot fashion! Macro concepts were clearly explained in everyday language as were techniques for continuous improvement (such as recording macros, debugging and help). This means that the training given to us in the 2 days has not only taught us to write a range of useful macros but has also opened the door to improving our own macro writing skills. All this and the course was great fun too! I will be recommending Wise Owl to others.

I found Wise Owl to be informal and relaxed yet still very professional. After attending a previous course, I had no doubts over using Wise Owl again to build on my knowledge and attended an Access Visual Basic 2-day course. This had a well balanced content, dealing with basic principles right through to more complex areas. I will happy to choose and recommend Wise Owl again in the future!
