Wise Owl provide training in almost all Microsoft client software, and especially in Access, ASP.NET, Excel, FrontPage, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Publisher, Visual Basic, Visio and Word. We train in all recent versions.

The computer training industry has seen many changes over the last 14 years. Initially clients adopted a "sheep-dip" approach, where all employees in a company would be introduced to a new software package through a standard course. Recently this sort of course is far less common, and companies are providing specialist training for small groups of staff or individuals.

Wise Owl provide two types of training:

• Tailored training for companies, where we visit a company's offices and train staff in groups of up to 6 - for this sort of training the client can choose the date, time, duration and content of the course.
• Public scheduled training, where we run a course at a pre-announced date and time and with a pre-set syllabus, and companies or individuals book places on the course. For these courses there are normally a maximum of 6 places available.

Wise Owl also provide database and web site development.
