PowerPoint 2003 training - what's new for PowerPoint 2003

If you distribute your presentations to other people in packaged format, it is worth upgrading to PowerPoint 2003. The new version includes a much-improved viewer, among other features. Specific changes include:

Change	Details
Improved viewer	The PowerPoint Viewer has been improved with better quality output and animations. No installation is required for the new viewer
Packaging for CD	A new menu option allows you to package a PowerPoint presentation for CD
Slide show annotations	A new less intrusive toolbar appears for on-screen drawings, and you can save any drawings that you use - the dialog box below appears when you end any presentation
