Outlook 2007 training - what's new for Outlook 2007

Outlook 2007 includes a new user interface for sending email, much better tools for sharing data between applications and colour-coded categories (!). Specific changes include:

Change	Details
Instant searching	You can now search for things across all of your mailboxes more easily, and much more quickly.
Colour categories	You can now apply colour categories to mail messages. This sounds like a gimmick, but is actually quite nice to use.
New user interface	The new Microsoft ribbon appears when sending email - but not, strangely, when using Outlook normally.
New to-do bar	A single to do bar on the right-hand side of Outlook gives you a single view summary of everything you have to do.
Better task handling	You can now drag tasks onto the calendar to assign them to specific days.
