Microsoft Project Professional 2007 includes more detailed calendars, easy ways to track changes and visually more impressive reports. Specific changes include:

Change	Details
More detailed calendars	You can show descriptions for calendar days that have different working times, so now you can see why nobody is working on December 25th!
See the effects of changes	You can get Project 2007 to highlight which values change when you update information.
Multiple undos	You can now undo up to the last 20 things you've done, as opposed to the last single thing in previous versions.
Task drivers	You can use task drivers to see why tasks aren't happening when you expect them to.
Visual reports	If you're fed up with the old text style reports you can now use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio to create beautiful charts and diagrams based on your project plan.
