FrontPage 2003 changes

FrontPage 2003 is becoming quite pleasant to use - the split HTML/code view and Intellisense finally make it a realistic tool for developing sites. Just a shame that table layouts do not quite succeed. Well worth the upgrade. Specific changes include:

Layout tables Layout tables are a great idea - they should allow you to create a layout of your page without using the rather clunky FrontPage shared borders. In practice they do not help much, Wise Owl have found. The table layout taskbar is shown in part below

Split view At long last, you can now see HTML and design view on screen together in one go

Intellisense When you are typing HTML into code view, FrontPage will automatically complete tags and attributes for you wherever possible

Publishing You can now publish to almost any destination. The publishing tool shows the contents of the remote site (in effect giving you FTP access)
