Our two-day introductory Project 2010 course and Project 2007 introduction course cover more than just the basics - you'll learn resource levelling and (probably) creating and using custom fields.
However, if you want something more advanced (or perhaps something more tailored towards your particular project), you could organise an advanced onsite Project course, either at your company or at one of our training venues.
