If you already know Access pretty well, you could consider attending our two-day Access VBA course: Alternatively, don't rule out our three-day Access for Developers course. While this course covers Access from the ground up, it might fill in some gaps if you are self-taught. |
| Microsoft Access Visual Basic courses |
We run two-day courses in Access VBA as follows (note that the course is the same for all versions of Access - while Access itself is changing rapidly, the underlying VBA language remains much the same). Note that Access supports two progamming languages - a basic point-and-click language called Macros, and a more powerful programming language using Visual Basic for Applications, which uses the same underlying syntax as Excel VBA. We don't teach the more basic macros, as we don't see the point of them! |
| Access database design |
Designing your database correctly is the most important part of using Microsoft Access. Our one-day Access querying course covers database design in outline, while our longer 3-day Access for Developers training covers this topic in more detail. |
