This Microsoft Word PRINTING LABELS exercise is provided to allow potential course delegates to assess their suitability for the Wise Owl ADVANCED WORD course only, and may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any format without the prior written consent of Wise Owl.
| 1) | Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-755.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it). |
| 2) | Open the file called: Suitors Letter to Mr B Addams.doc |
| 3) | Select the address at the top of the letter and use the Tools - Letters and Mailings... menu option to create a one-off label. |
| 4) | Select to print the label on the 2nd row down and 1st column as shown below: |
Your label will be printed on the left-hand column, 2nd row down.

| 5) | Check your print-out against a sheet of "real" labels. |
| 6) | Close the document without saving any changes. |
| 7) | On a new document create a full page of "we have moved" new address labels on the Avery A4 L7163 size labels (use your own address) as shown below: |
Type in your own address for the new address labels.

| 8) | Save the document as: Full page of new address labels |
| 9) | Print the document (if possible) and then close it. |
